Received it quickly with no problems. Still using it, great printings. I use it for printing copies of my paintings on digital canvas paper and other digital drawing papers. I love it.I did my research and decided on this printer. It had the features that we wanted and it is fast enough for most home applications. The setup was easy, the software does most of it for you. The initial software install was quite lengthy but once that is done the rest was quick. Don't forget the USB cable. This printer does not come with one.
